Processing & Shipping
All Haus of Eden candles are hand-poured to order in Dallas, Texas. Because each piece is made individually, processing times vary based on size and curing requirements.
Standard candles: 5–7 business days
Jumbo & oversized candles: 7–14 business days
Larger or multi-item orders may require additional time
We never rush curing. Larger vessels naturally require longer rest periods to ensure quality, scent throw, and burn performance.
Shipping time begins after processing is complete. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our candles, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We encourage thoughtful purchasing and reviewing scent notes and sizing details before placing your order.
Exchanges & Store Credit
In select situations, we may offer an exchange or store credit as a courtesy.
To be considered:
Item must be unused, unburned, and in original condition
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Approval is case-by-case and not guaranteed
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The packaging
The shipping box
Once reviewed, we’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.

Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping information
Wax softening or melting due to weather during transit
Please bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery.
